CareLINK is a vital lifeline for people who are elderly, frail, disabled, need reassurance, or are convalescing at home. CareLINK provides a 24-hour, 7 days a week response to alarm calls. The system only requires standard telephone and power sockets, and the telephone is connected to the alarm base unit which in turn is linked to the CareLINK response centre.

In an emergency, the user can press either the button on their pendant, or on the CareLINK base unit, and this then contacts the CareLINK response centre. A sensitive microphone and powerful loudspeaker mean that the user need not be near the base unit for the operator to hear and summon assistance.
